Founded in 2008 by the dedicated husband-and- wife team of Jeffey and Mary Bayes, LPC has served thousands of properties over 15 years, including single-family residences, villas, duplexes, condos, townhomes, estates, and mobile homes. Our extensive experience in property care has equipped us with invaluable expertise that benefits our home watch clients. Originally from Ohio, we moved to St. Augustine, Florida, in 2006 to enjoy milder winters and be closer to family. Our leisure time was often spent vacationing in Southwest Florida, indulging in boating, fishing, snorkeling, beach combing, and admiring the stunning sunsets. Eventually, our love for the area led us to become full-time residents of Punta Gorda, FL, and our business evolved to focus solely on Home Watch and Concierge Services. We take pride in our graduation from the Home Watch Academy and our membership in the Home Watch Network. As certified Home Watch Reporters and Licensed Insurance Claims Adjusters in Florida, we possess specialized knowledge in property, storm, and hurricane damage assessment and preparation. LPC is professionally trained, insured, and bonded, placing customer service at the forefront of our priorities.
